Academics
A Christ-centered education that inspires curiosity, cultivates character, and equips students with the knowledge and confidence to thrive.
more than an education.
a foundation for a lifetime.
Communication • Critical Thinking • Creativity • Leadership • Collaboration • Problem Solving • Faith • Character
We cultivate:
Some children learn best by reading. Others by building. Some ask endless questions. Others quietly observe before they speak.
Every Child Learns Differently
We believe education should recognize those differences, not overlook them.
That's why our classrooms are designed to challenge students academically while helping them develop confidence, curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Lincoln Christian Academy is certified with the Institute for Excellence in Writing
In junior high and high school, students are challenged to think critically, communicate effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively as they prepare for college, career, and life. Leadership opportunities through student government, spiritual retreats, community service, and educational travel encourage students to grow in character, strengthen their faith, and discover the unique purpose God has for their lives. Every stage of the journey is intentionally designed to equip students with the knowledge, wisdom, and Christ-centered character they need to make a lasting impact.
At Lincoln Christian Academy, our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to nurture academic excellence while inspiring a lifelong love of learning. In the early elementary years, students build strong foundations through phonics-based reading instruction, traditional mathematics, literature-rich history, and hands-on science exploration. Enrichment classes in art, music, library, technology, and physical education encourage creativity, curiosity, and healthy development.
As students progress through the elementary grades, they strengthen their language skills through our rigorous grammar curriculum and the Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW) program. Mathematical thinking expands into higher-level problem solving, history comes alive through engaging field trips, and hands-on scientific investigations deepen students' understanding of God's world. Continued experiences in fine arts, drama, technology, and physical education help develop confident, well-rounded learners.
Lincoln Christian Academy is proud to be one of only three schools in California certified by the Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW), a nationally recognized program that equips students with exceptional communication and critical thinking skills. Through a comprehensive approach that develops listening, speaking, reading, and writing, the IEW methodology helps students become confident, effective communicators. Proven to support learners of all abilities, including gifted students, English language learners, and those with diverse learning needs, IEW provides a strong foundation for academic success and lifelong learning.
Lincoln Christian Academy is one of only a select number of schools in California certified in the Institute for Excellence in Writing.
IEW equips students with tools that strengthen communication, critical thinking, organization, and confidence - skills that benefit every subject and every stage of life.
This is one of the many ways we prepare students not only to succeed academically, but to communicate with clarity and purpose.
