PACK-A-THON
PACK-A-THON | Fundraising Requirement 1 of 3
Complete Your Family’s Pack-A-Thon Requirement
On Wednesday, September 23, LCA students and staff will work together to pack 15,000 nutritious meals for families in need locally and around the world.
Donations will help purchase the food and supplies needed for this service project. Any funds raised beyond the cost of the meals will directly support classroom materials, furniture, and program improvements at LCA.
WHAT IS REQUIRED OF EACH FAMILY?
This requirement is per family.. not per child. Families with more than one student enrolled at LCA only need to complete the requirement once.
Each family can fulfill the Pack-A-Thon pledge requirement in one of two ways:
- Collect donations from 20 separate individuals or businesses, regardless of the final amount, orRaise or contribute a total of $500, even if it comes from fewer than 20 donors.
- Donations, business sponsorships, and personal family contributions may be combined.
Your Pack-A-Thon Action List
- Use the donation form sent home with your child.
- Share it with friends, relatives, neighbors, and local businesses.
- Collect donations from 20 separate donors or raise $500 total.
- Make sure your child’s name is included with every donation so your family receives credit.
- Submit all donations by October 9.

Donate online:
Use the QR code printed on your child’s donation form. When completing the online donation, be sure to include your child’s name in the designated note or student-name field so your family receives credit.

Place the cash in a labeled envelope and clearly include your child’s name.

The flyer includes a QR code that takes donors directly to the LCA donation page. Before sharing, be sure to write your student’s name on the flyer. Donors should also include the student’s name in the notes when giving so their donation is credited toward that student’s fundraising goal.
